Our
new Automatic Leak Detection System - A.L.D.S. |

We
are pleased to unveil our latest innovative
solution to help reduce air leakage and increase
energy efficiency, our SMC - A.L.D.S.
Based on a manifold block construction incorporating
a standard Series PFM flow meter, the leak
detection system is designed to be installed
in a machine’s main air supply and it includes
a diverting valve which is operated using
sequence instruction integrated in the machine’s
operating software.
By using a pre-programmed "check leakage
cycle", each compressed air circuit on
a machine can be individually monitored, with
the results checked against the previously
stored records saved in the PLC.
So, what do you need to start increasing
your machine´s energy efficiency?
- An A.L.D.S.

Recent improvements to this cylinder
not only guarantee both high locking efficiency
and reliability but now outstanding cushion capacity
can be enjoyed thanks to its urethane cushion
seal.
Also this cylinder can be locked in either directions.

C55
- Compact Cylinder ISO Standards (ISO/21287)
Our ISO family has now grown
even bigger with the addition of some new bore
sizes to our Series C55 compact cylinder range.
Now, the C55 range includes a broader range of
bore sizes (from Ø20 mm to Ø100mm) but with all
the same high performance standard features such
as; long strokes (from 5mm to 150mm) and high
loading options thanks to the use of rubber bumpers,
piston wear rings & rod bushing.
