SMC will be untapping its reliable solutions for valve automation at this year’s 2014 Valve World Expo.
The fair takes place in Düsseldorf, Germany from 2 to 4 December and is the leading information and order platform for global business for industrial valves and fittings.
From stand 5D39 in Hall 5, SMC will showcase its range of high quality components and automation technology for applications across a broad range of industries.
SMC’s European Fluid Control Manager Fabio Agnello said: “Valve World is the international trade fair for related industries and we are delighted to be taking a stand at this respected and well attended showcase.
“With a focus on components and instrumentation for valves’ automation, we will have a team of experts on hand to welcome visitors and show them our high quality, precise and efficient range of solutions.
” Taking centre stage will be SMC’s filter regulators that are designed to withstand tough environments, managing temperatures from -40°C to +80°C thanks to their full 316L stainless steel construction. Also, a gate valve will be on view with new Air Servo technology, demonstrating how a fully integrated SMART actuator can deliver precise and accurate performance with significant bore size. In addition, m/f 2/. visitors can view SMC’s extended booster range, designed to meet the demands for faster response capabilities, especially for larger valves.
A selected team of multinational and multilingual experts will be on hand to answer any questions from SMC’s stand in Hall 5. To celebrate the company’s Japanese roots, SMC will be serving up its highly popular ‘Flying Buffet’ and Japanese beer on Wednesday 3 December from 5pm to refresh tired Valve World delegates from stand 5D39, Hall 5.
