SMC launches energy efficient air pulse valve
SMC has added to its extensive valve range with the JSXFA, a high peak pressure pulse valve, that is also fast to respond and uses low air consumption, to guarantee energy savings.
The issue of foreign particle removal where an air pulse is required has just become easier for plant operators as SMC launches the JSXFA pulse valve.
With operating productivity front of mind, the JSFXA has been designed to remove particles from a full range of filters – bag, cartridge, envelope, ceramic and sintered metal fiber – at speed and with reduced energy usage.
Increased efficiency of the air pulse is achieved thanks to its high peak pressure, while low air consumption supports environmental targets.
Mulitple savings are made in terms of costs, maintenance and installation times due its long service life of 10 million cycles, springless diaphragm, compression fitting and immersion type.
In addition, the JSFXA is highly robust and adaptable to different working conditions as well as explosive environments, managing high flow rates, a range of fluid temperatures from -40 to 60 ºC and ATEX compliant.
A spokesperson from SMC said: “We are constantly seeking ways to support our customers with solutions that will help them to remain competitive in a global marketplace. The JSFXA is a small but significant valve solution that meets those needs in terms of operational and environmental objectives.” 12.4.2019
