Throughout our entire valve portfolio, you will find some that are able to control the flow direction with the addition of a feature that makes the machine more reliable and, therefore, safer. Here are some of them.

We have several variations of the SY valve that are specially designed to be used in specific safety circuits.

Airline equipment

SMC puts a wide range of pressure regulators at your disposal to control the line pressure of your pneumatic facility. With a modular design to be placed together with other air treatment components or clustered in a manifold to manage different pressure levels at the same time. Choose the one that bests fits you.

Flow control equipment

SMC provides a wide range of flow control valves for direct mounting into the cylinder port. As such, this eliminates the problem of a tube bursting and makes the machine safer. This section also includes residual pressure release valves to release trapped air in the case of a jam. Therefore making maintenance procedures safer.

Check valves

Check valves are usually placed in safety circuits. They are key elements in reliability, making the flow unidirectional when required.
