Monitoring software for 1 unit

This monitoring software will allow you to collect data from Air Management System units installed on-site. You will be able to visualise, log and graph the recorded information, as well as command the system into standby and isolation modes.

Applicable product: PROFINET and Ethernet/IP™ compatible type (AMS*-*-PN/EN-* and EXA1-*-PN/EN-*). 
EtherCAT compatible type is not an applicable product.

FAQ

Which languages are available?

The monitoring software supports English, Spanish and Japanese.

Is data analysis supported?

The software does not support data analysis. The aim of the program is to log data, so further analysis should be carried by the user.

Can I use this software as a continuous monitoring solution?

The program is intended for introductory monitoring of Air Management System. For further continuous monitoring onsite, the use of another solution is advised.

Can remote Air Management System units be monitored?

Only base units can be monitored through this software. Remote units are not supported.

HMI (touch panel) monitoring tool

In collaboration with Schneider electrics, SMC has developed a monitoring software that can be implemented in their ST6000 series HMI panel. This software enables the following features:

  • Calculation and recording of consumption reduction
  • Display of air consumption trend graphs and estimated reduction
  • Display of records and trends of instant flow, pressure and temperature
  • Tracking of AMS remote connection and operation status.
