Safe and gentle food handling

  • Ensure an adequate handling of uneven, soft, variable or very thin (film-wrapped even) workpieces – Sealing skirt design & stopper support in the centre to help wrinkle prevention.
  • Use it safely in Food & Medical environments – Silicone rubber compliant with FDA 21CFR§177. Silicon rubber (metal detectable) available for direct contact with food. FDA and EC1935/2004-compliant material.
  • Achieve high reliability at high speeds & adherence prevention – 2.5, 4.5 and 5.5-stage bellows type with support ribs & guide attachment function.
  • Spot it easily during contamination inspections – Blue coloured pad.

  • Available materials: Silicone rubber (blue) and metal detectable silicon rubber.
  • Working temperature range:
    • Silicon rubber: -30 to 90 ºC
