What is a washdown-ready bar ionizer and where can it be used?

A washdown-ready bar ionizer is designed to be installed in environments where equipment is cleaned with water or exposed to dust. It is not intended to operate while being directly washed.

The IZSW10 has protection equivalent to IP66, allowing installation in washdown machinery and dusty areas such as food processing, pharmaceutical production and packaging equipment.

How can static electricity be removed quickly and at long distance?

High-performance bar ionizers use an air purge function to transport ions towards the charged surface. In the IZSW10, this significantly reduces discharge time and increases effective working distance, enabling fast and stable static neutralisation even when the ionizer cannot be installed close to the workpiece. 

What is the difference between DC and Dual AC ionization modes?
