Con el nuevo compresor compacto de la serie CRP de permite que los ingenieros de diseño podrán disfrutar de las ventajas de un producto innovador que les permite usar componentes neumáticos en lugares sin fuente de aire, por lo que resulta ideal para aplicaciones móviles. Además, los ingenieros tienen la opción de usar la versátil serie CRP como compresor (presión positiva) o como bomba de vacío (presión negativa) simplemente conectando las tuberías de la manera adecuada.

SMC está presentando la nueva serie EXW1 de sistemas wireless compactos con un rango ampliado hasta 100 m. Con tecnología similar a la serie EX600-W actual, la EXW1 es más pequeña, ligera y compatible con comunicación industrial, además de disponer de funcionalidades mejoradas que aumentan el actual portafolio.

SMC presenta su innovadora serie JSXF-P de válvulas de pulsos para el desalojo eficaz y eficiente de cuerpos extraños durante los procedimientos de limpieza. La nueva válvula de pulsos JSXF-P tipo SMARTVENT ofrece una serie de notables ventajas, como una placa de control integrada, alta presión de pico, bajo consumo de aire y larga vida útil.

SMC demuestra una vez más su capacidad de innovación con el nuevo manifold de válvulas JSY1000-E con sistema de eyectores totalmente integrado. Esta óptima combinación proporciona una solución completa para presión positiva y negativa (vacío) que permite a los usuarios controlar válvulas y eyectores en un único y sencillo manifold. Al reducir tanto las dimensiones físicas como el peso, el JSY1000-E también dispone de una función energética que disminuye sustancialmente el consumo de energía y mejora la eficacia del proceso.

SMC presenta un innovador regulador de caudal de aire que combina un sensor de caudal y un transductor electroneumático en un único producto. El resultado para los diseñadores e ingenieros de equipos es un ahorro de espacio de hasta el 50 %, una reducción significativa del conexionado y los cables y un reducido tiempo de instalación. Además, la nueva serie IN502-44/45 permite un control exacto y fiable del caudal de aire, ya que no depende de las condiciones de conexionado, la presión diferencial ni la temperatura. Este producto supone un beneficio para cualquier aplicación que implique un control del caudal, tal como sistemas de pintura, embalaje y soldadura de cualquier industria, especialmente de la industria del automóvil y alimentaria.

La nueva serie JSY3000-S es bloque con conexión inferior y placa de acero inoxidable y racores conformes con la FDA que proporciona una ampliada vida útil en entornos de elaboración de alimentos y bebidas. Como parte de la extensa familia de válvulas de control direccional de SMC, la nueva plug-in JSY3000-S se monta en un armario con una junta inferior robusta y con el conexionado orientado hacia el exterior. Esta configuración de diseño ayuda a proteger la válvula frente a la corrosión y frente a las salpicaduras de agua, garantizando su idoneidad para su instalación cerca de cualquier tipo de equipo que requiera procedimientos de lavado.

La nueva serie EQ de actuadores eléctricos con y sin vástago de SMC disponen de un controlador totalmente integrado, proporcionando una solución más sencilla de configurar, más fácil de usar y que, además, ahorra espacio al tiempo que ayuda a los usuarios a ahorrar energía y reducir sus emisiones de CO2. Como ventaja adicional, los actuadores eléctricos de la serie EQ ofrecen un increíble control con un sencillo y exclusivo software que ayuda a los usuarios a poner en marcha los actuadores desde una única pantalla en tan solo tres pasos. En primer lugar, el usuario elige el modo de funcionamiento; a continuación, selecciona las posiciones de parada y, por último, define los valores de velocidad, aceleración y deceleración. Tan fácil como controlar una electroválvula de dos o tres posiciones.

Close collaboration between Girbau and SMC has made it possible to improve ironing quality and achieve an energy saving of 30%, a reduction of 25% in compressed air consumption and a 25% increase in the useful life of textile coatings.

I’m Yoshiki Takada. As of April 1st, 2021, I was appointed as the new president of SMC. Since our founding in 1959, SMC has grown as a comprehensive manufacturer of automatic control equipment, including pneumatic equipment, with the goal of “meeting all of our customer requests”.
