When you already have one of the lightest and narrowest space saving ejector systems on the market, it´s difficult to see how you can improve it. But, our R&D engineers have once again come up with another great idea. By simply replacing the ejectors existing pressure switch with our ultra thin ZSE 10 digital pressure switch, input setting errors are dramatically reduced and with the units copy function, multiple stations can be easily copied and set from the master unit. Further performance benefits of this new combination are improved multi angled indicator visibility, easier operational handling (by replacing trimmers with buttons) and reduced energy consumption, by up to 20%, thanks to the units power saving function.
Requests for a vacuum unit with fast workpiece absorption and improved transfer application performance have now been answered with the launch of our new compact vacuum ejector and pump unit - Series ZB. Developed initially for wafer and chip transfer applications, Series ZB is around 25% smaller than our alternative vacuum units and it´s also considerably lighter – at only 46g for a single unit without sensor. Thanks to these reductions in size and weight, the ZB unit can now be mounted directly onto a machine´s moving component and as close as possible to the transfer workpiece - dramatically improving the vacuum absorption performance. Series ZB has also been constructed with separate vacuum and pressure paths which effectively reduce the chance of dust collecting in the filter element being discharged into the surrounding atmposphere via the units exhaust. Additional ZB features and options include a supply valve with latching specifications, a digital vacuum switch, with copy function, where up to 10 switches can be set simultaneously thereby saving installation time and potentially annoying individual input setting mistakes and the use of simple one-touch-fittings to connect a suction filter and silencer.
Lightweight, point-of-use ZH and ZU series vacuum generators combine design simplicity with high performance. Simply plug an air supply tube in one end, and vacuum is ready at the other end. The slim ZU generators are extra compact. The ZH and ZU immediate response may be quicker than central vacuum systems. Also, these generators are often smaller and lighter than the bulky vacuum lines used in central vacuum systems. A built-in exhaust silencer keeps generator noise to a minimum. Available in four nozzle diameters and a number of port sizes.
The ZM series is an all-in-one vacuum generator, complete with internal suction filter, exhaust silencer, supply and break valve, and vacuum switch. Its dual-stage nozzle design increases suction flow by 40% over single-stage generators, yet its compact size makes it suitable for many different applications. ZM series generators also boast a strong vacuum break pressure for quick cycle times. Available in standalone or manifold configurations.
