Hall 3, Stand B52 AND Hall 8A, Stand N01
SMC, a global leader in pneumatic and electrical automation technology is proud to be showcasing its life sciences range at this year’s MEDICA and COMPAMED 2015.
The global exhibition MEDICA takes place in Düsseldorf, Germany from 16 to 19 November and is now the largest and most important medical trade fair in the world, attracting over 130,000 international visitors every year.
In 2015, SMC will be showcasing its latest range of products specially developed for the life sciences sector from its Stand B52 in Hall 3. The Company will also have a presence at COMPAMED, Stand No N01 in Hall 8A.
SMC’s Manager Sales Development Life Science, Alexander Pawera said:
“Thanks to our continued investment in Research and Development and
our dedicated team of specialists, we understand the needs of the life sciences
sector. As a result, we have developed a range of highly flexible and customisable
products that deliver significant energy savings and improved performance
for our customers.”
Highlights of this year’s SMC stand include the HECR Series space saving thermo chiller. Ideal for use in laboratory equipment that require accurate temperature control, the HECR offers market-leading temperature stability of ±0.01 to 0.03 °C.
Other innovations include SMC’s LVM miniature series valve, ideal for applications in the life science sector where space is at a premium and the HRS thermo-chiller series that offers outstanding reliability and temperature stability for applications such as x-rays. Its lightweight and compact design allows the thermo-chillers to be mounted closely to a side panel wall, taking up minimum space. And thanks to the HRS’ advanced control functions, abnormalities and errors are quickly detected before any real damage can occur.
SMC will also be introducing its recently launched VXB Series long life angle seat valve, which has been developed to meet increasing customer demand for compact valves that offer an extended operating life and low levels of leakage, ideal for sterilising applications.
Visitors to SMC’s stands in Hall 3 and Hall 8a will be welcomed by a team of experts who will be on hand to offer professional advice and support. And, to celebrate the end of a busy exhibition, the Company will be hosting its ‘Get Together Party’ at 17:00 on 18th November in hall 3, B52, offering delegates a tasty selection of snacks and drinks before they head home.
