Rotary one-touch fitting series KS comes with a ball race bearing for oscillating or rotating applications. KS series comes in 5 tube sizes ranging from 4 to 12mm. One touch collet includes anti tube rotation mechanism. KS is suitable for copper free applications.
Series KQG2 is a one-touch fitting made of all stainless steel SUS316, except seal parts. The series is suitable for use with steam and is grease-free. Applicable tubing includes FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin. The KQG2 series is available in both metric and inch sizes. The KQG2 is more compact and lightweight, and offers more configuration variations and tube sizes than the KQG series.
Compact and lightweight, the KQB2 one-touch fitting uses electroless nickel plated brass components as standard specification. Its maximum operating temperature is 150° C. KQB2 fittings can be used with fluid, and in environments having a large temperature change. Configuration variations have been improved to 17 models. Applicable tube sizes are Ø3.2 to Ø16 and 1/8" to 1/2". Series KQB2 is available with M, R, Rc, UNF, NPT or G connection threads.
SMC's popular one touch technology has been incorporated into this series where all the wetted metal parts are made from stainless steel. This fitting is suitable for use in CRT production for example where the use of copper must be avoided. Other applications include wash down or other environments that could corrode normal fittings. KG can be used for vacuum –100 kPa and pressures up to 1 MPa (~150 PSI). This fitting is available in 27 different body styles, with connection sizes from M5 to ½ R(PT), and tube sizes from 4mm OD to 12 mm OD.

Series KP are one-touch fittings for clean room blow-off systems and drive air systems. The KP series is completely oil free and liquid-contact areas are non-metallic. Parts are cleaned, assembled and double packaged in a clean room. Resin parts for one-touch series KPQ/KPG (for drive system air piping) are polypropylene.
Antistatic One-touch fittings series KA has one-touch loading and unloading. Series KA can be used in copper- free applications and in vacuum (max. -100kPa). Conductive resin is used for body and seals in fittings and tubing. Series KA is flame resistant (UL94 standard, V-0).
Flame resistant, one-touch fitting series KR can be used for a wide range of pressures from a low vacuum up to a pressure of 145 PSI. The use of a special profile ensures positive sealing and reduced resistance when the tube is being inserted. KR fittings are effective when piping in a confined space. The body and threaded portion can turn.
Self-seal fitting series KC is best for multiple use areas when pressure cannot be shut down. One- touch fittings (with built-in self-seal mechanism) are used to prevent air exhaust when removing tube. There are 10 styles available including electroless nickel plated for copper-free applications.
Series KFG2 fittings can operate with ambient operating fluid temperatures of -65 to 260ºC (swivel elbow type -5 to 150ºC). With their stainless steel 316 construction and unique non-rubber seal insert connection, these grease-free fittings offer high levels of corrosion resistance, and can be used with numerous piping materials including FEP, PFS, soft and regular nylon, polyurethane and polyoelfin. Available in male elbow, male connector, male branch tee, straight union, union tee, bulkhead union, union elbow, swivel elbow and female connector options, the KFG2 fittings can accommodate tube sizes from 4mm to 16mm and 1/8" to 1/2" with port sized thread connections from R1/8 to R1/2 and 1/8NPT to 1/2NPT.
KF insert fittings are suitable for use with nylon, soft nylon and polyurethane types of tubing. The insert mechanism provides reliable retaining force on both sides of the tube (inside and outside). The KF series can used for a wide range of pressures from vacuum up to a pressure of 1.0MPa.
Series M and MS miniature fittings are for use with air connections in confined areas. The hose nipple and hose elbow styles accept nylon, soft nylon and polyurethane tubing. The body of the MS series is stainless steel, making it possible to use this fitting in corrosive applications.
Self align fittings series H, DL, L, LL has ten styles and five tube O.D's providing a wide range of fittings that will fit any application. Flared ridge ferrule prevents accidental loss of ferrule when inserting tubing into the fitting body. Hardened ridge ferrule prevents breakage of ferrule when tightening nut. Flared I.D. provides low flow resistance inside the fitting. The tube holding mechanism gives the strong feeling when inserting tube, and prevents tube from sliding when screwing in the tube.
