Statement Regarding Recently Disclosed PHP Vulnerabilities

SMC is aware of the recently disclosed PHP vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) affecting web-based systems globally.

As part of our established cybersecurity and vulnerability management processes, we have reviewed our IT environments and taken appropriate precautions to mitigate potential risks.

At this time, we have no indication that SMC systems or customer data have been compromised as a result of these vulnerabilities. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will implement additional security measures as necessary.

Protecting our systems and customer information remains a priority across the SMC globally. We remain committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
