Egy megfelelő felügyeleti megoldással az összes változó, például a folyadék- és légnyomása és az áramlási sebessége, a tartály hőmérséklet-szabályozása, a szelepek elhelyezése és a szivárgások bármikor ellenőrizhetők, így minden rendellenesség előzetesen észlelhető, és a problémák még a meghibásodás előtt orvosolhatók.
Lényeges a folyadéknyomás és az áramlás ellenőrzése. Így elkerülhető a légszűrőből eredő nyomásesés, valamint a szivárgás vagy a határértékeken túli folyamat miatti változások szabályozása. A folyamat határértékeit, a szivárgásokat és a folyamat kritikus pontjain bekövetkező változásokat megfelelő berendezésekkel kell megcélozni és nyomon követni.
A következetes címkézés érdekében figyelembe kell venni a légnyomást és az áramlást, valamint az ionizátor fúvókák karbantartását. Ha ezeket a paramétereket ellenőrzés alatt tartjuk, akkor a címkézési problémákat még a hibák bekövetkezése előtt, korai szakaszban ellenőrizhetjük.
A légnyomás és az áramlás ellenőrzésével a szűkületek és szivárgások elkerülése érdekében, illetve a statikus ionizátor fúvókáinak ellenőrzésével nem tervezett leállások nélkül folytathatja a munkát, és növelheti az üzemidőt.
A paraméterek megfelelő nyomon követésével felismerhetők az olyan hibák, mint a betétek kopása és a szűrők eltömődése miatti vákuumveszteség, a szűrő levegőhiányából eredő nyomásesés, a szivárgások miatti levegőfogyasztás változása és a működtetők pozícióhibái.
