Customer service agent
Personal contact with our customers and the administrative support of our sales staff and sales offices are your central tasks in the Customer Service team. With a talent for organization and a pronounced service orientation, you work on the offer and follow-up and you are responsible for carrying out a professional order processing. The maintenance of the customer master data and the administration of customer agreements are as much a part of your broad field of activity as the monitoring of the open orders to on-time delivery.
Technician in Engineering & Design
As a technician at SMC you shape the technologies of tomorrow. In our Technology Center, equipped with a state-of-the-art test lab, prototype construction and endurance test facilities, you develop - in close cooperation with our customers - innovative and application-specific product and system solutions, which achieve the decisive competitive advantage in industrial applications. Product manager
As an expert in Product Management department, you are responsible for product launches as well as you support over the entire life cycle of your product groups. You will support with your product and process know-how across departments and you are the link between the SMC CEE Group, the European Marketing Center and the International Business Division in Japan as an in-house communication and information interface.
Manufacturing & assembly staff
In SMC small series production, special solutions and custom-made products are created for our customers with a lot of expertise. As a production employee, you translate the engineering plans and realize around 60 to 70 production orders per day with the utmost precision. In the assembly area, you assemble our individual parts into finished products and prepare them for the final function test in quality assurance.
